Job Overview
We are looking for a highly versatile and results-driven Programs Assistant to support an emerging non-profit organization in achieving its mission and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution:
- Assist in translating the non-profit’s vision and strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Implement programs and projects outlined in the organization’s strategic framework.
Program and Project Management:
- Support the design, launch, and management of impactful programs and initiatives.
- Monitor progress, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Fundraising and Partnerships:
- Assist with fundraising efforts, including grant applications, donor communication, and event planning.
- Help build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, funders, and collaborators.
Operations Support:
- Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth operations.
- Initiate and monitor effective online presence of the foundation and her programs.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels.
Communication and Outreach:
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, donor engagement content, and reports.
- Represent the organization at key virtual and occasional in-person events.
Data and Impact Tracking:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact.
- Use insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to take on diverse tasks and deliver outstanding results.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
- Basic knowledge of data tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦160,000.00 per month
